Shipping Terms

Cargo must be lawful, correctly declared and adequately packed for international transport. Prohibited and restricted goods are only accepted where the necessary permits are in place.

The shipper is responsible for packaging suitable for the mode of transport and for clear, durable labelling of each package.

Transit times are estimates based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, port congestion or regulatory inspection are outside our control.

Import duties, taxes and statutory levies are assessed by the relevant authorities and are payable by the consignee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where cargo is not collected or cleared within the free period allowed, storage, demurrage and rent charges apply as assessed by the terminal or carrier.

Delivery is completed on release of cargo to the consignee or an authorised representative, evidenced by proof of delivery.

Claims for loss or damage must be notified in writing within the period specified in the applicable carrier conditions. [Claim window and procedure to be confirmed.]
